ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Limited (OMPL) is a division of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited, a part of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation which is under the ownership of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas of the Government of India.
